Banana Protein Shake

Smoothies are a great treat on a warm Summer day and this banana protein shake is packed with plant based protein to help you start your day or recover after a workout.

Ingredients

½ cup almond milk
½ cup filtered water
handful of ice

Directions

1. Put all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until fully combined. If too thick you can add more water or almond milk.

2. Pour into a smoothie jar and garnish with fresh mint.
