This program uses the Ixcela Gut Health test as a baseline for the program and to track your improvements in your gut. We will use the guidance from the test and recommendations to help improve your gut and overall well being. Each time we meet, we will discuss your progress, challenges and victories so we can always be moving towards your personal goals.
