Açai Bowl
/Breakfast smoothie bowls are a great way to get in some servings of fruit. They are also brilliantly colored eye candy to get you started with your day on a positive note. Have fun garnishing the top with your favorite ingredients like sliced banana, blueberries and granola.

Ingredients
1 ½ frozen bananas
1 packet frozen unsweetened açaí
2-3 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup almond or coconut milk
Toppings
Fresh blueberries
Frozen banana
Strawberries
Paleo granola
Coconut shavings
Chia seeds
Honey
Directions
1. Blend the banana with the acai, almond butter, and milk in a high-speed blender until smooth and pour into a bowl.
2. Top with desired toppings.
