Artsy Crudite Platter With Ranch Dip & Guac

I always feel like it is such a treat when your food is healthy and looks like a piece of art! You will love letting your creative side shine on this healthy and gorgeous crudité platter. The healthy dips and gorgeous design of this platter will get everyone to eat their veggies.

Ingredients

Ranch Dip 

1 16oz container of sour cream - use Straus Grass fed or a use a dairy free version 
1-2 teaspoons of Balanced Bites Ranch Spice Blend (use this link for $10 off now!)

Guac
3 Avocados
1 Lime
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt

Veggies of Choice: 
Quantity is based on preference and size of platter 
Snap Peas 
Cauliflower, chopped 
Cucumber, sliced 
Cherry tomatoes
Watermelon radish, sliced 
Green beans, trimmed  
Carrots, peeled and quartered 
Fresh herbs for garnish like dill and rosemary 


Directions

1. Slice  the avocados in half and spoon out the flesh.

2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mash together. 

3. Adjust salt or lime to taste.

4. In another bowl, combine the sour cream and ranch mix. 

5. On a large platter, lay down some of the lettuce leaves as a first layer. Place the 2 bowls of dips on the leaves. 

6. Arrange all of the veggies on the platter in any design you like making sure to mix some of the colors and produce.
