Instant Pot Carnitas
/These Instant Pot carnitas are ready in less than an hour! You only need six ingredients to prepare this easy instant pot dinner for your family!

Ingredients

1 cup chicken broth (Use code TRAILTOHEALTH for $15 off)
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot (use code TRAILTOHEALTH for 10% off) and seal and set to MANUAL High Pressure for 35 minutes.
2. Once it is complete, release the pressure naturally for 20 minutes.
3. While the pressure is releasing, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and heat the oven to broil.
4. Remove the meat and shred with 2 forks and place on parchment lined baking sheet
5. Drizzle some of the remaining liquid on the meat from the Instant Pot and place in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until crispy.
6. Serve with Pico de Gallo or sliced avocado and Siete Cassava Flour tortillas.
