Lemon Tahini Sauce

This creamy tahini sauce is so delicious and has a multitude of uses. Serve it drizzled over roasted veggies like carrots or cauliflower, toss into robust kale salads, or even use as a dip for crudites. If you plan on keeping this in the fridge for any length of time, be wary that tahini absorbs liquid and you may have to adjust it with more water before serving to achieve the desired consistency.

Ingredients

½ cup tahini
juice of 2 lemons
3 tbsp olive oil (use code TRAILTOHEALTH for 10% off)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
Water, as needed to thin the dressing to desired consistency


Directions

1. Blend the tahini with the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
