Saag Paneer

IMG_8921.jpg

Saag paneer is such a delicious vegetarian Indian dish consisting of firm paneer cheese, wilted spinach, and spices. it may seem difficult to make, but it is actually one of the easiest Indian-type dishes to prepare at home. Since it is so simple, it really relies on the quality of the ingredients, such as my homemade Garam Masala spice mix.
