Meet Erika Schlick

Erika Schlick is a health coach, gluten free advocate, cookbook author, and host of the This Healthy Life podcast. She is also the founder and host of The Lipedema Summit.

After years of struggling with unexplained symptoms and eventually being diagnosed with Lipedema, Erika became a passionate advocate for patient education, awareness, and access to better care.

The Lipedema Summit is a global education focused event that brings together leading surgeons, physicians, researchers, therapists, and patient advocates to discuss Lipedema diagnosis, surgery, conservative care, inflammation, hormones, nutrition, recovery, and long term management.
