Kalamata Olive Tapenade
/Tapenade is an easy Provencal dip consisting of olives and olive oil. This dip is excellent served for a holiday appetizer with crackers or vegetables for dipping, but it can also be spread onto sandwiches, tossed into pasta or dolloped on Buddha bowls as well.

Ingredients
½ cup Kalamata olives
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions
1. Pulse the olives in the food processor until coarsely chopped.
2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and salt, and pulse a few more times to combine.
3. Drizzle in the olive oil and pulse until the desired consistency is achieved.
