Creamsicle Coconut Milk Ice Cream


Making your own dairy free ice cream is very simple with this easy-to-make creamsicle recipe. You will want to start with my easy coconut milk recipe and use your fresh milk to make this ice cream. If you don’t have the time, you can always use ready made coconut milk too.

Servings: 2              
Prep Time:
20-30 minutes (approx.)   


2 cups coconut milk
2-4 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (omit for AIP)
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup orange juice


1. Put the coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, salt and orange juice in a blender and pulse until combined.

2. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers instructions.

3. Enjoy immediately or scrape into a container with a tight-fitting lid to freeze until ready to eat.
