Luckily, Siete is a company that has come up with the most perfect, crunchy taco shells prepared from grain-free ingredients like ground pumpkin seeds, cassava flour and psyllium powder. They are a wonderful base for any favorite fillings like this spiced beef mixture with pico de gallo, sharp cheese and crisp lettuce.
