Pineapple Salsa

A fresh pineapple salsa, made with just 7 simple pantry ingredients, is the perfect topping for fish or a taco dinner!

Ingredients

8 ounces fresh pineapple, diced
1 bunch cilantro (about 1 cup)
1 lime squeezed (about 3 Tbs.)
1 tablespoon garlic powder 
1 tablespoon onion powder 
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Dice the pineapple into small cubes, but do not over do it as it can fall apart.

2. Use a food processor or knife to chop the cilantro. 

3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir.

4. Serve over fresh fish or on tacos
