You can’t go wrong with avocado anything. This crema has a nice, smooth texture from the avocado and coconut, and their rich flavors are balanced with tangy lime. Pour it on everything for a creamy, citrusy accent.

4 fresh mint leaves1 large avocado
¼ cup canned full fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
juice of 2 limes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1. Put the avocado, coconut milk, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder and sea salt in a blender, and pulse until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
