Tapenade is a delicious treat to have as a topping on baked fish or a perfect appetizer. Add it to practically anything on your Mother's Day spread! Grain Free Spanikopita

Spanakopita is one of my absolute favorite Greek recipes but gluten free Phyllo is hard to find or make and grain free Phyllo is even harder to create! I decided to try and make these tasty spinach feta pies with the use of  Cappello’s Grain Free Lasagna Sheets and they tuned out amazing!

Prosciutto Wrapped Pears & Honey

Pears are a delicious fruit and wrapping them in salty prosciutto and topping it with sweet honey and savory thyme is the most delicious bite you can imagine. These tasty wraps work great as a Mother's Day appetizer or easy dinner want something beautiful and light.

Anytime I am out to dinner and Marinated Olives are on the menu I always have to order them. They seem like such a fancy luxurious way to eat olives. This recipe is so simple and delicious and will elevate your olives each time Mom eats them she'll be incapable of eating from a jar plain again.

Nothing says summer like vine-ripened Heirloom Tomatoes. When they are in season they are one of the most glorious flavors this Earth has to offer. Pair them with an herby citrus dressing and peppery watercress and it is a match made in heaven.

Meyer Lemon & Blackberry Paleo Muffins

Most muffins are full of sugar and carbs which make them not ideal for starting your day, but these Meyer Lemon and Blackberry Muffins are grain free and absolutely delicious! They are so light and fluffy and bright and fruity from the sweet Meyer Lemon juice and fruit.

Cranberry Orange Paleo Muffins

Pair my Meyer Lemon and Blackberry Muffins with these Cranberry Orange Muffins for a sweet treat! Both are grain free. These compliment the flavors of orange juice and fruit.

Banana Nut Bread

This spiced Banana Nut Bread is a nice switch to your classic banana bread. It's the perfect way to save overripe bananas and this spiced banana nut bread will fit the bill perfectly. It is Grain-Free by using cassava flour and it gets a spicy twist from warming cinnamon and nutmeg.

Blueberry Lemon Loaf

Fresh blueberries and tart lemon combine in This Loaf Recipe making it a perfect Mother's Day breakfast. The coconut glaze is unique because it uses maple syrup for sweetness rather than powdered sugar and the use of coconut butter gives the glaze its creaminess and coconut taste.

Paleo Blueberry Muffins

These Blueberry Muffins are gluten-free with an underlying almond taste, and are delicious for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Although they do not use traditional flour, they have a wonderful, cake-like texture. While most pancake recipes include all-purpose flour, my pancake recipes are great for gluten-free, grain-free, and nut-free diets! FliP Crêpes

Flip Crêpes provides two different mixes, one sweet and the other savory, although both will work in This Recipe. FliPcrêpes is a company that produces its own gluten-free crepe mixes that are easy to turn into thin, delicate pancakes to hold all your favorite fillings. While the company sells gluten-free products, they are also dairy and egg-free and are produced in a nut-free facility. Moreover, the company’s mixes do not contain GMO flours.

Grain Free Banana Fritters

These Grain Free Banana Fritters have the robust taste of banana and crispy, golden edges. Using cassava flour rather than all-purpose makes these grain-free and suitable to serve to almost anyone. They would be particularly good for your Mother's Day spread.

Blueberry Chia Parfait

Blueberry Chia Parfait is an excellent breakfast to make! Chia seeds are great because they are fiber-rich and nutritious, and thicken a pudding without the need for starches. Consider pre-assembling several of these while you make that special one for Mom by leaving them in the fridge for when you need a quick sweet treat or breakfast.

Sheet Pan Breakfast Hash

Breakfast can be one of the most important meals of the day, so celebrate mom with a burst of flavor this Mother's Day! This Sheet Pan Hash is going to change your life. You can have everything prepped and ready to cook, pop it in the oven while you get ready and by the time you are showered and dress your breakfast is ready to enjoy. You can use sweet potatoes or regular potatoes in this recipe and make as many eggs as you want.

Spinach & Feta Quiche

This Spinach and Feta Quiche is a tender egg bake filled with spinach and salty feta cheese. The best way to get a tender quiche is to incorporate fat. In this case, cream helps the eggs bake into a custard-like texture, but you can substitute with half and half, and coconut milk with equal success.
